门静脉血管瘤1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 门静脉血管瘤是一种少见的静脉异常扩张性疾病,国内外报道均较少。江苏省人民医院盛泽分院收治1例门静脉血管瘤病人。现结合文献报告如下。1病历简介病人女性,50岁。2015年10月体检时B超检查发现门静脉起始部扩张,一端与脾静脉相通,考虑门静脉血管瘤（见图1）。行腹部增强CT检查后提示：肠系膜上静脉及脾静脉汇合处胰头部下方见2.8 cm×2.4 cm圆形病灶,
