A correct judgment of the themes and characteristics of the time is a prerequisite for a country to develop its domestic and foreign strategies and to construct its view of the international order.The different views of international order will,in turn,promote or hinder the development of the era.Marx's view of the time reveals the deeply-rooted driving forces behind the transformation and development of the international order.It shows that it is the inherent contradictions of capitalism that result in the unreasonableness of the international order.However,cultural consciousness must be rebuilt within the framework of the Marx's theory of international relations in order to found an international relations theory and a world order that goes beyond the existing West-centric outlook.
