高校学生管理工作法治化是实现我国依法治国战略方针的必行之路。我国高校学生管理工作中存在管理队伍和学生群体法治意识不强、学生管理制度体系不够完善等问题。贯彻依法治国理念,促进高校学生管理工作法治化不断取得新成效,需要准确定位,明确重点,针对发力。深化管理队伍和学生群体的法律素养、健全学生管理工作规章体制、保障学生权益救济途径、完善学生管理的监督机制,皆为行之有效的实现高校学生管理工作法治化的路径。

The legalization of colege student management is essential in realizing the strategy of ruling by law of our country. At present, there are problems to be solved on colege student management, such as the lack of legal awareness, and the imperfection of student management system. It＇s proposed to cultivate staff and students＇ legal awareness, improve student management systemregulations, protect students＇ interests and improve the supervision mechanismto promote the legalization of colege student management.
