美国选择性教师认证项目的争议分析与前景探究 被引量:1

摘要 选择性教师认证项目是美国当代重要的教育改革运动,是州认证机构在传统的以大学为本的教师教育计划之外建立的另一种颁发教师证书的可供选择的方法。当前,选择性项目的实施成效引发争议,这表明了项目研究的多样及混乱;项目也被质疑为是对教师专业化理念的挑战,这背后体现了美国教师教育专业化与解制两种取向的对抗。作为美国教师教育改革的积极尝试,在联邦政府的支持下,选择性项目的未来发展仍呈现迅猛态势,但也需要在争议中不断调整自身局限,以获得更长久的发展。我国正在构建开放型教师教育体系,对选择性项目的争议与走向的关注,启发我们对教师教育问题的思考。
