学生干部在高职院校的教育、管理、服务发挥着特殊的作用。学生干部的培养,关键在于培养模式的选择和培养机制的创新。高职院校应坚持思想政治教育引领、分级分类培养、培养与自我培养结合的培养模式,提升学生干部培养实效;通过创建全面考察的选拔机制和系统化的培养机制,创新考核评价机制,实现学生干部培养长效化、常态化,最终促进学生干部成长成才。

Student cadres play a special role in education,management and service in higher vocational col-leges. The key of student cadres’cultivation lies in mode selection and mechanism innovation. Higher vocational colleges should adhere to the leading of ideological and political education,classification cultivation and the combina-tion of cultivation and self- cultivation to promote the cultivation efficiency and achieve long-term and normalized cultivation to promote the growth and success of student cadres by creating a comprehensive selection mechanism and systematic cultivation mechanism .
