摘要
经济社会的发展与建设创新型国家需要大批高素质的技术技能人才。高职院校党组织应在技术技能人才培养中突出引领作用,从思想引领、路径引领、服务社会三方面加强工作,确保社会主义事业建设者和接班人的人才质量。
The social-economic development and construction of innovative country call for a large number of high quality technical talents. Party organization in higher vocational colleges should have a leading role in the culti-vation of technical talents. It can be strengthened in terms of mind-leading,path-leading and service-leading. This can ensure the talents quality of socialist builders and successors.
