交通基础设施的产业创新效应研究——基于中国省域空间面板模型的分析

A Research on the Effect of Transport Infrastructure on Industry-innovation——Based on Chinese Provincial Spatial Panel Model

应用动态面板模型和空间面板模型研究交通基础设施的区域产业创新效应。研究发现:(1)全国层面上,交通基础设施的产业创新效应具有显著的"本地效应"和"跨区域溢出效应",尤其是公路基础设施;(2)地区层面上,交通基础设施的产业创新效应具有明显的区域差异性;其中,东部交通基础设施的产业创新效应均高于中部,且铁路的产业创新效应高于公路,而西部交通基础设施的产业创新效应并不显著。因此,加强交通基础设施投资,尤其是加强对西部地区的交通基础设施的投资,对于提升产业创新水平,促进区域经济协调发展具有重要意义。

The paper studies the effects of transport infrastructure on regional industry- innovation by using the dynamic panel model and spatial panel model.Our results show：（1） The effects of general transport infrastructure on industrial innovation exist＇ local effect＂ and＂ cross-regional spillover effect＂ on the national level,especially of the road transport infrastructure（2） On the regional level,the effects of transport infrastructure on regional industry- Innovation vary in different areas.The effects of transport infrastructure on regional industrial innovation in Eastern China are all higher than that in Midlands,and the industrial innovation effects of railway traffic are higher than that of road in different area By contrast,that in Western China is not significant.Therefore：it＇s important for China to strengthen the investment of transportation infrastructure,especially for the underdeveloped western region,which is able to enhance the level of regional industrial innovation,and promote coordinated development of regional economic.
