摘要
2014年12月15日~2015年2月17日,青南牧区出现了多次降温降雪天气过程,其中称多清水河、达日和玉树日最低气温创1961年以来极值;清水河、久治、甘德和囊谦平均降水量创1961年以来极值。气温偏低,积雪难以融化,致使部分地区出现轻~重度雪灾。本文利用常规气象要素观测数据、雪灾实地调查等资料,对本案例进行了全面分析,旨在增强决策服务产品的有效性,提高决策服务能力。
On December 15 2014 -February 17 2015, In southern Qinghai pastoral areas appeared repeatedly cool snow weather process,including the Qing shui - he, Dari and Yuhu the minimum temperature at extreme value since 1961 ;Qingshuihe ,Jiuzhi, Gande and Nangqian the average rainfall at extreme value since 1961. Temperature is low, the snow to melt, cause parts of light to heavy snow. This paper, by using conventional meteorological observation data, the snow field survey data, this case has carried on the thorough analysis, aims to enhance the effectiveness of the decision service products, improve the ability of the decision service.
