湟中县大南川二级电站技术改造方案分析

摘要 介绍大南川二级电站技术改造情况,根据目前大南川水库一、二级两个电站的现状,一级站由于水头原因只能停机不发,但其机组完好,机组适用水头37-54m,基本能适应目前二级水电站已具有的20-55m的发电水头。只需将一级站机组拆装一台到二级站后,二级站装机容量由原来的2×160kw,提高到500kw,并能发挥正常效益。相应的电气设备(机组控制盘),也随一台机的拆装而拆装。压力管道验算后其强度也不能满足要求,需更换113.2m压力管道,另外对24m钢管增加加劲环进行补强处理,对引水渠已经损坏的浆砌石拆除后重新用C20砼衬砌,以减少渗漏,增加过水能力。 The paper introduced Nanchuan secondary technological transformation, according to the status quo of the Nanehuan reservoir, secondary power station, station due to head can stop halt,but the unit intact, the unit is suitable for head 37 - 54m,the basic meet the second cascade hydropower station has 20 - 55m power head. Only one station unit disassembly a to two stations, two stations installed capacity from 2 × 160kw, increased to 500kw, and can play a normal benefit. The corresponding electrical equipment (unit control panel) , but also with the dismantling and assembling of a machine. Pressure piping after checking its strength can not meet the requirements ,the need to replace the 113.2m pressure pipeline, also of 24m steel increased stiff- ening ring of reinforcing treatment, of the water diversion canal has been damaged masonry dismantled after re using C20 concrete lining, to reduce leakage, increase the capacity of water.
