跨企业知识共享、知识泄露与创新绩效——基于供应链视角的实证研究

Cross-enterprise Knowledge Sharing,Knowledge Leaking and Innovation Performance:Empirical Study Based on Perspective of Supply Chain

为明晰知识泄露对跨企业知识共享与创新绩效间关系的影响路径和作用机理,构建了供应链跨企业知识共享、知识泄露与创新绩效间关系的概念模型,并从意外知识泄露和主动知识泄露两个维度考察知识泄露。结合256家供应链上下游企业的问卷数据,利用多元回归模型进行实证研究。结果表明:跨企业知识共享对创新绩效有显著的正向影响;意外知识泄露和主动知识泄露对创新绩效的负向影响不显著,但对跨企业知识共享与创新绩效的关系具有显著的负向调节作用。

This paper constructs a conceptual model for the relationship among cross-enterprise knowledge sharing,knowledge leaking and innovation performance of supply chain to study the effect path and action mechanism of knowledge leaking on the relationship between cross-enterprise knowledge sharing and innovation performance,and it divides knowledge leaking into accidental knowledge leaking and intentional knowledge leaking.Then using the data of 256 enterprises,it empirically tests the conceptual model by the multiple regression method.The results show as follows：cross-enterprise knowledge sharing has significant and positive impacts on innovation performance;accidental knowledge leaking and intentional knowledge leaking do not impact innovation performance significantly,but have negative moderating effects on the relationship between cross-enterprise knowledge sharing and innovation performance.
