百万千瓦级核电发电机定子端部玻璃钢大锥环的研制 被引量:1

摘要 在成功研制660 MW、1 000 MW发电机的经验基础上,根据1 100 MW核电发电机大锥环的自身特点制作了1/4缩比件,并进行性能测试及工艺验证,最终确定了1 100 MW核电发电机大锥环的开发方案,并对其性能进行测试分析。结果表明:试制的大锥环性能满足技术要求,并对大锥环整体进行了模态试验,大锥环本身固有频率状态良好。 According to the characteristics of the cone for stator end winding of 1100 MW nuclear power generator, a model sample with quarter size of cone was produced based on the successful manu-facturing experience of stator cone for 660 MW and 1000 MW generator. Then its performance was tested and the process was validated. Finally the development plan of the cone for 1100 MW nuclear power generator was determined. The results show that the performance of the preparaed cone can meet the technical requirements. It is found that the inherent frequency is good in the modal test.
