摘要
为研究高压直流输电线路复合绝缘子的积污规律,建立了±660k V输电线路复合绝缘子流体力学模型,研究了绝缘子表面污秽撞击率及其积污特性,并进行为期一年的自然积污试验,对比试验数据与仿真结果。结果表明:绝缘子串积污规律呈现两端高中间低的趋势,绝缘子两端积污较为严重;绝缘子串两端下表面的积污比上表面严重,而绝缘子串中间部分上表面的积污比下表面严重;试验结果与仿真结果一致。
In order to study the pollution accumulation characteristic of composite insulators on the HVDC transmission line, the fluid mechanics models of composite insulators on the ±660 kV transmission line were established. The particle collision rate and pollution accumulation characteristic of the compos-ite insulators were studied. The natural contamination test lasting for one year was carried out in order to contrast the experimental data and simulation results. The results show that the both ends of the com-posite insulator string have more serious contamination than that of the middle part. For the both ends of composite insulator string, the bottom surface of the composite insulator has more serious contamina-tion than that of the top surface, and for the middle part of composite insulator string, the top surface of composite insulator has more serious contamination than that of the bottom surface. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental test results.
