摘要
针对21世纪以来航海类青年教师比例逐年增大的现状,分析了限制航海类青年教师发展的问题所在,在组织发展视域下提出了成立航海类青年教师发展(分)中心,搭建学校、院(系)、学科与教研室四位一体化航海类青年教师发展平台,促建航海类院校青年教师发展联合会,拓展航海类教育国际化平台等健全的组织机构和行之有效的实施途径,为航海类青年教师的教学能力发展保驾护航。
The proportion of young teachers for seafaring majors has been increasing year by year since the 21st century. The problem of restricting the development of young teachers for seafaring majors is analyzed. From the perspective of organization development, it is quite necessary to establish some sound organizational structures (eg. the development center or sub-center of young teachers for seafaring majors, the platform for the developing the four integrated navigation of young teachers for seafaring majors, the development of association of young teachers for seafaring majors, and so on). It is also an effective way to improve the teaching ability of young teachers for seafaring majors, which is conducive to the development of young teachers for seafaring majors.
