摘要
为了培养具备较强的实践能力、创新能力和创业能力,具有职业生涯发展基础的高素质技术技能型人才,探索将工学结合贯穿职业教育教学全过程,与行业、企业共同制定专业的职业标准和岗位能力要求,遵循学生认知规律,对应生产过程,分阶段培养学生专业基本能力、专业核心能力、岗位适任能力,改革船舶焊接技术专业的人才培养模式。
In order to cultivate strong ability of practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as technical personnel with the high quality and professional career development, this paper proposes the combination of engineering throughout the entire process of vocational education, business and industry, develop professional standards and position ability, following the law of students' cognition, cultivating students basic and core professional ability according to production process stages, and reforming the ship welding professional and technical personnel training mode.
