摘要
全球化趋势下,国际高校间合作办学越来越多。由于教育主客体的多元化,学生与外教频繁发生冲突,影响教学效果与合作成败。以文化维度与文化价值取向理论为基础,对学生与外教冲突表征进行文化分析和反思,从文化自觉的角度提出促进文化理解与融合的思路和方向。
International cooperation between schools has become more and more popular. Conflicts between Chinese students and foreign teachers keep developing in Sino-foreign cooperative education, affecting teaching effect and cooperation. This paper analyzes and examines the conflicts based on cultural self-consciousness, in order to find the positive way to deal with the conflicts.
