摘要
"学分银行"制度可以将学生课外学习的成果转化为课内学分,从而激发学生自主学习的意识,增强学生学习的动力。以南京科技职业学院"学分银行"制度的实践为例,详细分析了该制度在实际运行过程中面临的问题和解决办法。
"Credit Bank" can transform students' extra-curriculum performance into interior-curriculum credit, which can provide more opportunities for the students to be willing to study. This paper focuses on the construction and implementation of credit bank in Nanjing Polytechnic Institute, and analyses difficulties and solutions in conducting it.
