摘要
为提高ABR(厌氧折流板反应器)的抗冲击负荷能力,通过设置超声组和对照组ABR的对比试验,考察了低强度超声波对ABR抗冲击负荷的强化效果.结果表明,当采用声能密度为0.1 W/m L的超声波,每隔24 h从ABR中各隔室内取出10%的污泥进行10 min的辐照处理时,ABR的抗水力冲击负荷和抗有机冲击负荷能力都有所提高.通过该辐照处理,ABR中各隔室内VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)的浓度有所提高、p H值有所降低,但是它们变化的幅度并不大,并不会导致ABR中VFA的过度积累和影响ABR的正常运行.
In order to improve the anti shock load capability of ABR(anaerobic baffled reactor), the effect of low intensity ultrasound on the anti shock load of ABR was studied by setting up the contrast test of ABR in ultrasonic group and control group. The results show that when using the energy density of 0.1 W/m L ultrasonic, removing 10 % sludge from each compartment of ABR for 10 min of irradiation processing every 24 h, the capability of anti hydraulic shock load and anti organic shock load of ABR have been improved. By this irradiation treatment, the concentration of VFA(volatile fatty acids) in each compartment of ABR is improved,the p H value is lower, but the magnitude of these changes is not large, and will not lead to excessive accumulation of VFA in ABR and affect the normal operation of ABR.
