摘要 针对影响电厂职业卫生的因素,以某电厂职业卫生管理现状为研究对象,探索层次分析法在企业职业卫生管理中的应用.在现场调查和职业卫生检测的基础上,建立层次结构模型,构建职业卫生指标体系,运用Matlab软件计算各因素的权重并进行一致性检验和排序.结果表明,该电厂职业卫生检测、工程防护措施、职业健康体检3个影响因素权重最大.应用层次分析法对电厂职业卫生现状进行评价,不仅能够有效分析影响职业卫生的因素,提高企业的职业卫生管理水平,还可以根据计算得出影响职业卫生因素的不同权重,确定职业卫生管理的优先权. Considering the factors that influence on power plant occupational health, this paper takes the current occupational health management situation of one power plant as the research object to explore the application of analytic hierarchy process in occupational health management. On the basis of field survey and occupational health examination, this paper establishes a hierarchy structure model and the index system of occupational health, and it also calculates the weight of each factor with Matlab and consistency inspection and sorting. It shows that occupational health inspection, engineering protection measures and occupational health examination are the most important three factors. Using analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the status of occupational health of the power plant not only can analyze the influencing factors of occupational health and improve the occupational health management level of enterprises, but also can determine the priority of the occupational health management according to the different weight of factors of occupational health.
