120例胆囊切除术术式选择评价及其疗效对比

Surgical selection evaluation and effects comparison of 120 cases with cholecystectomy

目的分析120例胆囊切除术术式选择评价及其疗效。方法以我院2014年1月-2015年11月收治的120例需要实施胆囊切除术的患者为研究对象,按随机号码排列的方式将其分组,偶数的患者分为腹腔镜组（60例）,奇数的患者分为开腹组（60例）。腹腔镜组的患者经由腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,开腹组采用开腹胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的手术情况和临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后的总有效率、术后排气时间及住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。腹腔镜组患者的术中出血量少于开腹组,手术时间、住院时间短于开腹组,使用镇痛药及并发症发生率均低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开腹胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术在患者的疗效、住院费用等方面无明显差异,但开腹胆囊切除术较腹腔镜胆囊切除术易出现并发症,且患者住院时间长。

Objective To analyze the surgical selection evaluation and effects comparison of 120 cases with cholecystectomy. Methods 120 cholecystectomy patients from January 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were discussed and analyzed.120 patients were arranged to a random number.With the number they were divided into laparoscopic group（n=60） and open surgery group（n=60）.Patients in laparoscopic group were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy and patients in open surgery group were treated with open cholecystectomy.Postoperative situation and clinical treatment effects between two groups were compared. Results The postoperative total effective rate,postoperative evacuation time and hospitalization expense in laparoscopic group and open surgery compared with no statistical differenc（P〉0.05）.The bleeding volume during operation,operation time,hospital staying,pain relievers using and incidence rate of complications in laparoscopic group were less than open surgery group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects and hospitalization expense has no obvious difference between laparoscopy group and open surgery group,but the complications more easily appeared in open surgery group than laparoscopy group with longer hospital staying.
