早期护理干预对血液透析患者负面情绪及并发症发生率的影响

Effect of early nursing intervention on negative emotions and the incidence rate of complications in patients treated with hemodialysis

目的探讨早期护理干预对血液透析患者负面情绪及并发症发生率产生的影响。方法选取我院2014年11月-2015年12月收治的需要血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者100例,根据其入院时间分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上行早期护理干预,比较两组患者实施护理后护理满意度、负面情绪及并发症情况。结果观察组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血液透析患者实施早期护理干预的效果显著,可减缓患者负面情绪,降低并发率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on negative emotions and the incidence rate of complications in patients treated with hemodialysis. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic renal failure who were treated with hemodialysis in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to their admission time,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were implemented routine nursing,who in the observation group were given early nursing intervention based on the control group.The nursing satisfaction,negative emotions and complications after nursing were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation after nursing were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was obviously better than that of control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of early nursing intervention in patients treated with hemodialysis has significant effect,which can ease the patients with negative emotions and decrease the rate of concurrent,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
