摘要
对国外复合材料推进剂贮箱发展历程进行了系统的调研和综述,提出了复合材料在推进剂贮箱中应用的若干关键问题,包括材料、结构设计技术、成型工艺、无损检测与健康监测技术及试验测试技术等。根据国内复合材料发展情况,对我国航天运载器复合材料贮箱前景进行了展望,提出了分阶段实现复合材料贮箱应用的途径,为我国未来复合材料贮箱发展提供一定指导。
The development of overseas composite propellant tanks is summarized systemically. Several critical factors were presented,such as materials,structure design technique,forming progress,nondestructive inspection( NDI),and testing methods. Based on the status of the domestic composite,the development prospects are made and a stepwise approach is proposed to fully apply composite tanks,which provides some guidance for the development of the future composite tanks.
