不同烧结温度与工艺对SiC陶瓷表面形貌的影响

摘要 对碳化硅粉体进行预氧化处理,以Al2O3-Mg O-Y2O3为烧结助剂,在不同温度下无压烧结制备Si C陶瓷.对陶瓷样品的晶体结构和表面微结构进行了检测分析,研究烧结温度和碳化硅粉体是否预氧化处理对陶瓷材料的影响.结果表明:经过预氧化处理的样品比未经预氧化处理的样品存在较多孔隙,且烧结后质量损失程度大;无论是否经过预氧化处理,样品中均出现了Y3Al5O12相(YAG). At different temperatures to fabricate SiC ceramics with AI2OTMgO-Y2O3 additives, Silicon carbide powder has been pre-oxidation treatment. Crystal structure and surface micro-structure of the ceramic samples were analyzed, and the influence of the temperature and pre-oxidation treatment with silicon carbide powder of samples was researched. The resuh shows that compared to samples without pre-oxidation, it has more pores and more mass loss after sintering. The phase of YsAl5O12 has been found in tile samples.
