中医内外合治法治疗高血压脑出血术后肺部感染53例

Fifty-Three Cases of Lung Infection After Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhage Operation Treated with Combined Internal and External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Method

目的:观察中医内外合治法治疗高血压脑出血术后肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2010年4月—2012年4月收治的高血压脑出血术后肺部感染患者106例为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组53例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用中医内外合治法治疗。结果:试验组治疗后中医证候积分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组有效率为96.23%,对照组有效率为79.25%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组咳嗽消失时间和发热缓解时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医内外合治法治疗高血压脑出血术后肺部感染疗效显著,可以有效改善中医证候。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine method on lung infection after hypertension cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods： One hundred and six patients with lung infection after hypertension cerebral hemorrhage operation who were treated in our hospital between April of 2010 and April of2012 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,with 53 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the experiment group were added combined internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine method based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,The TCM syndrome scores of the experiment group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the experiment group was 96. 23%,while that of the control group was 79. 25%; The experiment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The cough disappeared and fever relief times of the experiment group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine method has a remarkable clinical curative effect on lung infection after hypertension cerebral hemorrhage operation,and can improve TCM syndromes.
