软肝消水汤治疗肝硬变腹水90例

Ninety Cases of Liver Cirrhosis with Ascites Treated with Ruangan Xiaoshui Decoction

目的:观察软肝消水汤治疗肝硬变腹水的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年4月—2012年5月本院收治的肝硬变腹水患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予西医综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟软肝消水汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率91.11%,对照组有效率77.78%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组AST、ALT及ALB三项肝功能指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:软肝消水汤治疗肝硬变腹水临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ruangan Xiaoshui Decoction（ RGXSD） on liver cirrhosis with ascites. Methods： Ninety patients with liver cirrhosis with ascites who were treated in our hospital between April of 2009 and May of2012 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given comprehensive Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added self-made Ruangan Xiaoshui Decoction（ RGXSD） based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 91. 11%,while that of the control group was 77. 78%; And the observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The three liver function index levels including AST,ALT and ALB of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： RGXSD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on liver cirrhosis with ascites.
