强的松片联合解毒消瘿散外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎50例

Fifty Cases of Subacute Thyroiditis Treated with Prednisone Tablets in Combination with Jiedu Xiaoying Powder for External Application

目的:观察强的松片联合解毒消瘿散外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院治疗的亚急性甲状腺炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予口服强的松片治疗,并对症联合给予消炎痛或甲疏咪唑治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用解毒消瘿散外敷治疗。结果:观察组有效率为94.0%,对照组有效率为66.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为0.0%,对照组复发率为24.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FT3、FT4、TSH及ESR水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强的松片联合解毒消瘿散外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of prednisone tablets in combination with Jiedu Xiaoying Powder（ JDXYP） for external application on subacute thyroiditis. Methods： One hundred patients with subacute thyroiditis who were treated in our hospital were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with prednisone tablets,anti-inflammatory analgesic or sparse imidazole for symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added JDXYP for external application based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 94. 0%,while that of the control group was 66. 0%; The observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate the observation group was 0. 0%,while that of the control group was 24. 0%; The observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.After the treatment,FT3,FT4,TSH and ESR levels of the observation group were all much better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Prednisone tablets in combination with JDXYP for external application has a remarkable clinical curative effect on subacute thyroiditis.
