电针配合血栓通注射液预防老年髋关节周围骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓临床研究

The Clinical Research into Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremity After Senior Hip Fractures Operation Treated with Electro-acupuncture in Combination with Xueshuantong

目的:观察电针配合血栓通注射液预防老年髋关节周围骨折手术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院骨科2010年1月—2015年12月治疗的老年髋关节周围骨折手术患者114例,所有患者均签署知情同意书,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组、对照组、综合组,每组38例。试验组术后第1 d采用电针配合静脉滴注血栓通注射液治疗,对照组给予皮下注射低分子肝素钙配合足底静脉泵治疗14 d,综合组给予电针配合血栓通注射液、皮下注射低分子肝素钙综合治疗。结果:综合组治疗后D-D二聚体水平优于对照组、试验组(P<0.05);综合组深静脉血栓的发生率优于对照组、试验组(P<0.05);试验组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为89.5%,综合组有效率为97.4%,综合组优于对照组、试验组。结论:电针配合静脉滴注血栓通注射液能有效预防髋关节周围骨折手术后下肢深静脉血栓。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture in combination with Xueshuantong Injection（ XSTI） on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after senior hip fractures operation. Methods： One hundred and fourteen patients with senior hip fractures operation who were treated in the Orthopaedics of our hospital between January of 2010 and December of 2015 were chosen as the research objects,and all of them signed an informed consent form,and then divided into the experiment group,the control group and the comprehensive group,with 38 cases in each group. On the 1st day after the operation,the ones in the experiment group were treated with electro-acupuncture in combination with XSTI for intravenous drip,while the ones in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium for subcutaneous injection in combination with plantar venous pump therapy for 14 days,and the ones in the comprehensive group were given electro-acupuncture in combination with XSTI,and low molecular weight heparin calcium for subcutaneous injection. Results： After the treatment,D-D dimer level of the comprehensive group was better than that of the control group and that of the experiment group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the comprehensive group was better than that of the control group and that of the experiment group（ P 〈 0. 05）.The effective rate of the experiment group was 92. 1%,while that of the control group was 89. 5%,and that of the comprehensive group was 97. 4%; The comprehensive group was better than the control group and the experiment group. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture in combination with XSTI for intravenous drip can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after senior hip fractures operation.
