益气养阴法联合雷公藤多苷片治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病23例

Twenty-Three Cases of Ig A Kidney Disease of Syndrome of Qi-Yin Deficiency Treated with Method of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin in Combination with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets

目的:观察益气养阴法联合雷公藤多苷片治疗气阴两虚型轻中度Ig A肾病的临床疗效。方法:23例阴两虚型Ig A肾病患者在给予基础治疗同时予益气养阴法联合雷公藤多苷片口服。观察患者的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分及生化指标变化情况。结果:23例患者痊愈13例,显效8例,无效2例,有效率为91.30%。治疗后症状积分较治疗前改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后尿蛋白较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血红蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶则无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养阴法联合雷公藤多苷片治疗气阴两虚型Ig A肾病疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin in combination with tripterygium glycosides tables on Ig A kidney disease of syndrome of qi-yin deficiency. Methods： Twenty-three patients with Ig A kidney disease of syndrome of qi-yin deficiency were treated with not only basic treatment but also method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin in combination with tripterygium glycosides tables for oral administration. Then the two groups’ clinical curative effects,symptomatic scores and changes of biochemical indicators before and after the treatment were observed. Results： Among the 23 cases,13 were cured; 8 were obviously effective; 2 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 91. 30%. After the treatment,the symptomatic scores were greatly improved; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the urinary protein was improved than before the treatment t; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）; While hemoglobin,serum creatinine,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase had no obvious changes; And the differences between them had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin in combination with tripterygium glycosides tables has a remarkable clinical curative effect on Ig A kidney disease of syndrome of qi-yin deficiency.
