化浊解毒法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎28例

A Comparative Study of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis due to Helicobacter Pylori Treated with Method of Dissipating Turbidity and Detoxication

目的:观察化浊解毒法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将57例患者随机分为对照组29例和治疗组28例。治疗组予化浊解毒方治疗,对照组予三联杀菌药物口服,观察两组患者的临床疗效及Hp根除率。结果:对照组有效率为68.97%,治疗组有效率为82.14%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组Hp根除率为86.21%,治疗组Hp根除率85.71%,两组患者Hp根除率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:化浊解毒法Hp相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著,能有效控制Hp感染。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of method of dissipating turbidity and detoxication on chronic atrophic gastritis due to Helicobacter Pylori（ Hp）. Methods： Fifty-seven patients with detoxication on chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 29 and 28 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given method of dissipating turbidity and detoxication,while the ones in the control group were given triple bactericidal drugs for oral administration. Then the clinical curative effects and Hp eradication rates of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 68. 97%,while that of the treatment group was 82. 14%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The eradication of the control group was 86. 21%,while that of the treatment group was 85. 71%; And the difference between them had no statistical significance（ p 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Method of dissipating turbidity and detoxication has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis due to Hp,and can effectively control Hp infection.
