身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例

Thirty Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Modified Generalized Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年5月—2014年5月陕西中医学院附属医院骨科采用保守治疗方法治疗的血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者65例,随机分为对照组33例和治疗组32例。对照组患者在入院后第2天给予腰痛宁胶囊治疗,治疗组患者在入院后第1天给予身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗。结果:对照组均获随访,治疗组32例,随访到30例。对照组有效率可达75.75%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分、JOA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Generalized Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods ： Sixty-five patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc who were conservatively treated in the Orthopaedics Department of our hospital between May of 2009 and May of 2014 were chosen as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 33 and 32 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Yaotongning Capsules （YTNC） on the 2nd day after admission to hospital, and the ones in the treatment group were treated with Modified Generalized Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction on the 1 st day after admission to hospital. Results：All the ones in the control group were followed up,and 30 among 32 cases in the treatment group were followed up. The effective rate of the control group was 75.75% ,while that of the treatment group was 90.00% ;The treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. After the treatment, VAS score and JOA score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Generalized Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect nn prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
