丹参多酚酸盐治疗矽肺合并肺心病28例

Twenty-Eight Cases of Silicosis Combined with Cor Pulmonale Treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenols Acid Salt

目的:观察丹参多酚酸盐治疗矽肺合并肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月—2013年1月本院收治的矽肺合并肺心病急性发作期患者56例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐静脉滴注治疗。结果:对照组有效率78.57%,观察组有效率92.86%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后LDH、HBDH、PO2、PCO2、FVC、FEV1均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐治疗矽肺合并肺心病临床效果显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of salvia mihiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt on silicosis combined with cor puhnonale. Methods：Fifty-six patients with silicosis combined with cor pulmonale during acute phase who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2010 and Jan. of 2013 were chosen as the research subjects ,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,with 28 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added salvia mihiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt for intravenous drip based on the treat- ment of the control group. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 78.57%, while that of the observation group was 92.86% ;And the observation group was better than the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment,blood rheology indexes of the observation group were all better than those of before the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but compared with the control group, the difference between them had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. After the treatment, LDH, HBDH, PO2, PCO2, FVC and FEVI the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Salvia mihiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt has a remarkable clinical curative effect on silicosis combined with cor pulmonale.
