阴道超声在检测不孕症患者卵泡发育和排卵情况及子宫内膜厚度中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究在不孕症患者中应用阴道超声(TVS)技术检测其卵泡发育、排卵情况及子宫内膜厚度的价值。方法收集2015年2月至2015年8月间来我院就诊的150例不孕症患者为观察组,选择同期来我院体检的150例健康育龄女性为对照组,入选后均应用阴道超声技术,分析对比两组间卵泡发育、排卵及子宫内膜厚度情况。结果 150例不孕症患者根据TVS图像结果可分为:正常排卵型44例、无成熟卵泡形成型58例、无卵泡发育型10例、排卵延缓型6例、黄素化卵泡不破裂5例、多囊卵巢27例。观察组患者排卵前的卵泡直径大小、子宫内膜厚度均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阴道超声(TVS)技术检测不孕症患者卵泡发育、排卵情况及子宫内膜厚度具有重要的应用价值,可作为临床诊断不孕症患者的一种有效的手段。 Objective To study the value of transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) in detection of follicular development, ovulation and endometrial thickness in patients with infertility. Methods 150 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2015 were set as observation group, 150 healthy women of childbearing age implemented physical examination in our hospital at same period were set as control group. All subjects were given vaginal ultrasound technology to detect follicle development, ovulation and endometrial thickness. Results According to the results of TVS image, 150 infertility patients could be divided into 44 cases of normal ovulation type, 58 cases of no mature follicle formation type, 10 cases of no follicular development type, 6 cases of delay ovulation type, 5 cases of luteinized unruptured follicle type, 27 cases ofpolycystic ovary type. The follicle diameter and endometrial thickness in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions TVS has important application value in detection of follicular development, ovulation and endometrial thickness in patients with infertility, which can be used as an effective method for clinical diagnosis of infertility patients.
