醒脑静联合磷酸肌酸钠对脑心综合征患者神经功能的影响

Effect of Xingnaojing Combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium on the Neurological Function of Patients with Cerebral Cardiac Syndrome

目的探讨醒脑静联合磷酸肌酸钠对脑心综合征患者神经功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年11月我院收治的87例脑心综合征患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予醒脑静和磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者NIHSS、GCS、GOS评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患者NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,GCS、GOS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者NSE水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后7 d、14 d治疗组患者NSE水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗脑心综合征患者可改善患者神经功能,提高患者预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing combined with creatine phosphate sodium on the neurological fimction of patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome （CCS）. Methods 87 cases of CCS patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2015 were selected and divided into treatment group （42 cases） and control group （45 cases） according to different treatment methods. The control group was given conventional therapy, the treatment group was given Xingnaojing combined with creatine phosphate sodium on the basis of control group. The clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, the scores of NIHSS, GCS, GOS in two groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the NIHSS score in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the GCS, GOS scores were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, the NSE level in two groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）; after 7 d and 14 d of the treatment, the NSE level in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Xingnaojing combined with creatine phosphate sodium in treatment of patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome can improve patients＇ neurological function and prognosis.
