T形钢板内固定结合外固定架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of T Plate Internal Fixation Combined with External Fixator in the Treatment of Unstable Fractures of Distal Radius

目的探讨T型钢板内固定联合外固定架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年7月至2013年7月收治的不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,观察组给予T形钢板内固定结合外固定架治疗,对照组给予石膏夹板外固定治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者随访3个月和6个月时的腕关节功能评分(Gartland-Werley)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者经X线测量腕关节复位情况优于对照组,治疗优良率也显著优于对照组(92.50%vs 62.50%,P<0.05)。结论 T形钢板内固定结合外固定架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折具有良好的疗效,可有效地恢复患者腕关节功能,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the T type plate internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius. Methods 80 patients with unstable fractures of distal radius treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with T plate internal fixation combined with external fixator, the control group was treated with plaster splint external fixation. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After following up for 3 months and 6 months, the scores of wrist joint function （Gartland-Werley） in observation group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）; the restoration condition of wrist joint in observation group after X ray measurement was better than that in control group, the excellent and good rate was also better than that in control group （92.50% vs 62.50%, P〈0.05）. Conclusions T plate internal fixation combined with external fixator in treatment of unstable fractures of distal radius has good efficacy, and can effectively promote the recovery of patients＇ wrist joint function, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
