左乙拉西坦联合氟桂利嗪治疗难治性偏头痛的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Levetiracetam Combined with Flunarizine in the Treatment of Refractory Migraine

目的观察左乙拉西坦与氟桂利嗪联合治疗方案在难治性偏头痛患者中的临床价值,旨在为临床用药提供依据。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院收治的难治性偏头痛患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。对照组单纯给予左乙拉西坦治疗,治疗组采用左乙拉西坦与氟桂利嗪联合治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗1个月、3个月、6个月时的VAS评分、头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间均显著降低(P<0.05),除治疗1个月时两组头痛发作次数和头痛持续时间比较无显著差异外,其余时间治疗组三项指标的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为88.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦与氟桂利嗪联合治疗难治性偏头痛具有良好的临床效果,安全性较高,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of levetiracetam combined with flunarizine in the treatment of patients with refractory migraine, in order to provide the basis for clinical medication. Methods 120 patients with refractory migraine treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with levetiracetam, the treatment group was treated with levetiracetam and flunarizine. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with that before treatment, the VAS score, frequency and duration of headache in two groups after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months of the treatment decreased significantly （P 〈0.05）; the improvement degree of above indices in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈0.05） except the frequency and duration of headache after treating for 1 month. The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.33%, significantly higher than 66.67% in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Levetiracetam combined with flunarizine in the treatment of patients with refractory migraine has good clinical effect and higher safety, which is worthy of fiu-ther promotion.
