神经阻滞配合芒针治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Nerve Block Combined with Elongated Needle in Treatment of Sciatica

目的观察神经阻滞配合芒针治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的120例坐骨神经痛患者根据不同治疗方式分为两组各60例。对照组采用毫针治疗,观察组采取芒针联合神经阻滞疗法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛评分(VAS、BRS-6)以及不良反应情况。结果观察组的临床总有效率为98.3%,明显高于对照组的86.6%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS和BRS-6评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS和BRS-6评分均显著降低,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论神经阻滞法联合芒针治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nerve block combined with elongated needle in treatment of sciatica. Methods 120 sciatica patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups equally according to difference treatment methods. The control group was treated with filiform needle, the observation group was treated with nerve block combined with elongated needle. The clinical efficacy, pain scores （VAS and BRS-6）, adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 98.3%, significantly higher than 86.6% in control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the VAS and BRS-6 scores in two groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the VAS and BRS-6 scores in two groups decreased significantly, and the improvement degree in observation group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. No significant adverse reactions were found in two groups. Conclusions Nerve block combined with elongated needle in treatment of sciatica has significant clinical efficacy and high safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
