深圳市居民代谢综合征流行病学特征及相关危险因素调查

Investigation on the Epidemiological Characteristics and Related Risk Factors of Metabolic Syndrome in Shenzhen Residents

目的调查深圳市居民代谢综合征(MS)流行病学特征及危险因素。方法随机抽取深圳市30岁以上居民2 050名,调查其临床资料,根据MS诊断标准分为MS组和正常组。采用单因素和多因素回归分析影响MS发生的危险因素,并分析其流行病学特征。结果 2 050名研究对象诊断为MS患者312例(发病率为15.22%);其中男性患者220例(70.51%),女性患者92例(29.49%)。单因素分析得出,年龄大、男性、文化程度低、生活习惯差、体育活动少、劳动强度低、城市地区、合并糖尿病、合并高血压及有遗传史人群MS发病率较高(P<0.05)。多因素分析得出,年龄、性别、文化程度、生活习惯、体育活动、劳动强度、居住地区、合并糖尿病、合并高血压、遗传均为影响深圳市居民MS发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论深圳市居民MS发病率呈逐年升高趋势,影响其发病危险因素较多,临床中应针对性实施健康教育,以降低发病率。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of MS in Shenzhen residents. Methods The clinical data of 2 050 Shenzhen residents whose age〉30 were investigated. According to MS diagnostic criteria, all subjects were divided into MS group and normal group. The risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of MS were analyzed by univariate and multivariate regression analysis. Results Of 2 050 subjects, 312 cases （15.22%） were diagnosed with MS, with 220 male patients （70.51%） and 92 female patients （29.49%）. The univariate analysis showed that patients with advanced age, male, low education level, poor living habits, less physical activity, low labor intensity, urban area, diabetes, hypertension and genetic history had higher MS incidence （P 〈0.05）. The multivariate analysis showed that age, gender, education level, living habits, physical activity, living area, diabetes, hypertension and genetic history were the risk factors of MS in Shenzhen residents （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The incidence of MS in Shenzhen residents increased year by year, many risk factors affect its attack, health education should be targeted to patients, in order to reduce morbidity.
