清远市清新区高血压合并糖尿病社区干预的研究

Study on the Community Intervention for Hypertension Complicating Diabetes Mellitus in Qingxin District of Qingyuan

目的探讨清远市清新区高血压合并糖尿病社区干预的效果。方法将我院2012年8月至2014年8月期间收治的268例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为两组各134例,对照组给予常规干预,实验组给予社区综合干预。比较两组的临床效果。结果干预后实验组遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组血糖、血压及糖化血红蛋白均显著下降,且实验组下降更显著(P<0.05);实验组心脑血管事件发生率、致残率及死亡率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区综合干预的实施,可显著降低高血压合并糖尿病患者的血压、血糖,效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of community intervention on hypertension complicating diabetes mellitus in Qingxin district of Qingyuan. Methods 268 hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 134 cases in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, the experimental group received community comprehensive intervention. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The conditions of compliance behavior in experimental group after intervention were better than those in control group （P 〈0.05）; the blood glucose, blood pressure and HbAlc in two groups decreased significantly, and the decline degree in experimental group was more obvious （P 〈0.05）; the incidence of cardio-cerebral vascular events, morbidity and mortality in experimental group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The implementation of community comprehensive intervention can significantly reduce the blood glucose and blood pressure of hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus, with obvious effect, which has value for promotion.
