当归四逆汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎76例效果分析

Curative effect analysis of modified Dangguisini decoction in the treatment of 76 cases of knee osteoarthritis

目的:分析当归四逆汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果.方法:选取2014-03/2015-10在天津市安宁医院接受治疗的76例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,以治疗方案为依据分为对照组(n=38)和实验组(n=38).对照组接受西医治疗方案,实验组接受当归四逆汤加减治疗,对比两种治疗方案的疗效.结果:实验组治疗有效率为76.3%,对照组治疗有效率为47.4%,实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为7.9%、10.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用中药汤剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可根据患者体质差异对药物进行合理加减,药效更具针对性,疗效及安全性极佳.

AIM： To analyze the clinical effect of modified Dangguisini decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.METHODS： A total of 76 cases of knee osteoarthritis admitted into Anning Hospital of Tianjin from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the treatment plan,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine treatment,while the experimental group was given modified Dangguisini decoction. The clinical efficacy of two different treatments were compared. RESULTS： The effective rate of the experimental group was 76.3%,which was significantly superior to the control group（ 47. 4%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and control group was 7. 9%,10. 5% respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION： For patients with knee osteoarthritis,Chinese decoction could be modified according to physical differences of the patients with more targeted efficacy,well curative effect and security.
