CT与核磁共振对股骨头坏死患者的诊断学价值分析 被引量：16

摘要 目的:分析股骨头坏死患者应用CT与核磁共振检查的诊断学价值.方法:选取甘肃省平凉市华亭县人民医院2013-07/2016-02收治的股骨头坏死患者107例作为研究对象,并随机分为参照组(n=52)和实验组(n=55),参照组应用CT检查,实验组应用核磁共振检查,比较两组的诊断学价值.结果:实验组患者的诊断正确率为90.91%,Ⅰ期患者15例,Ⅱ期患者20例,Ⅲ期患者10例,Ⅳ期患者5例;参照组患者的诊断正确率为73.08%,Ⅰ期患者11例,Ⅱ期患者16例,Ⅲ期8例,Ⅳ期3例,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:股骨头坏死患者应用核磁共振检查的诊断学价值明显优于CT检查,值得大力推广.
