西藏某铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 西藏某地铅锌矿矿石矿物成分复杂,主要有用矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿等,其中铅、锌主要以硫化物形式存在。为高效开发利用该矿石,进行了选矿工艺流程及药剂制度试验研究。最终确定对该矿石采用磨矿—抑锌浮铅—浮锌的选矿工艺流程处理该矿样,可获得铅品位64.29%、铅回收率97.00%的铅精矿和锌品位53.05%、锌回收率70.24%的锌精矿。 The lead zinc ore is complex in mineral composition,with galena and sphalerite as the major metal sulfides. Experiment al study on mineral processing flowsheet and the reagent system for efficient utilization of the ore was carried out. The result showed that the flowsheet of grinding-zinc floating lead suppression-zinc flotation was suitable for this ore,with which a lead concentrate containing 64. 29% Pb with a lead recovery of 97. 00% and a zinc concentrate containing 53. 05% Zn with a zinc recovery of 70. 24% were obtained.
