摘要
针对铜、铅冶炼厂产生的铅冰铜含铜低、含铅高的特点,提出了窑渣—还原熔炼铅冰铜的新工艺。铅冰铜经高温还原熔炼,产出粗铅、冰铜和炉渣。试验考察了窑渣配入量对铅的回收率影响。研究结果表明,铅回收率达95.12%,冰铜含铜达18.65%,炉渣流动性好,密度低,与金属相不相溶。
A novel technology of kiln slag--Cu-Pb matte characteristics of Cu-Pb matte with low copper and high lead reduction smelting is put forward according to the content. The Cu-Pb matte was reductively smelt at high temperature, producing crude lead, matte and slag. The experiments tested the impact of the kiln slag input on the recovery of lead. The result showed that the recovery of lead reached to 95.12% , copper in the matte reached to 18.65%. The slag output had good liquidity and low density that did not mixed with mental.
