公众的"政府的话你也信?"是我国地方政府公信力陷入"塔西佗陷阱"的表现。在分析公众不信任地方政府已经成为一种认知常态和普遍形成归责于政府的习惯的基础上,指出"官方舆论"与"草根舆论"的话语交锋中政府话语权危机、政府与公众之间互动沟通不足的原因,探讨了我国地方政府公信力在"塔西佗陷阱"中的自我救赎措施。

The falling of China＇s local government＇s credibility into ＂Tacitus Trap＂ is demonstrated in the public voice ＂Do you still believe what the government says？ ＂ On the basis of analyzing the cognitive norm that the public have lost their trust in the local government and this formation is generally attributed to the government＇s habits, this thesis offers the reasons why the crisis in the government＇s discourse arises when ＂official opinion＂ and ＂grassroots opinion＂ meet and why the effective interaction between the government and the public is always insufficient and explores the ways out for China＇s local government＇s credibility from ＂Tacitus Trap＂.
