摘要
采用火花直读光谱法测定不锈钢焊带中9种元素的含量。对磨样方法、样品平整度、仪器分析参数及电极清刷方式等因素进行了研究,综合确定了最佳实验条件。实验结果稳定、可靠,重复性好。
The nine elements contents of stainless steel welding strip have been determined by the spark directreading spectrometric method. Furthermore,the optimum test conditions have been determined comprehensively by studying the method of grinding samples,sample flatness,analysis parameters of the apparatus and electrode scrub mode etc. The test result was stable,reliable and reproducible.
