中草药添加剂对施氏鲟生长及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Chinese Herbal Additives on Growth and Serum Biochemical Parameters in Amur sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii)

摘要 在22℃下,采用口灌法研究当归、鱼腥草及自制中草药复方(方四)的水煎剂对1^+龄施氏鲟Acipenser schrenckii生长及血清中酶活性及活性物质含量的影响。将施氏鲟饲养在循环水族箱中,每组两个平行,每个平行30尾鱼,按照当归、鱼腥草及方四分别为0.3g/kg、0.54g/kg、0.8g/kg体质量的给药剂量每日口灌给药1次,连续给药14d,以口灌蒸馏水为对照组。停药24h后,每组取半数鲟在高温30℃下热刺激2h,然后与常温组同时尾动(静)脉采血,测定血清中总胆红素、甘油三酯含量及谷丙转氨酶等酶的活性及鱼的体质量。结果表明:当归及鱼腥草不能有效促进鲟生长;高温热刺激加重了鲟肝肾的负担,损伤了肝功能;而方四显著提高了鲟的生长性能,在高温热刺激下,仍能显著降低鲟血液中尿素、肌酐等物质的含量,具有一定的保肝护肾功能,可作为鲟抗热应激中草药添加剂的备选方剂。 The effects of Chinese herbal additives including Angelica sinensis, Houttnynia cordata and prescription IV (PIV) on growth and serum biochemical parameters were investigated in 1 + years old Amur sturgeon (A cipenser schrenckii) oral administration of the Chinese herbal decoction at water temperature of 22 ℃. The Amur sturgeon juveniles were reared in tanks at a rate of 30 fish per tank and orally administrated decoction of Angelica ~inensis, t'Iouttuynia cordota and PIV at a dosage of (3.3 pJkg, 0.54 pjkg and 0.g g/kg once a day with distilled water control group with duplication for 14 d. At the withdrawal of 24 h, half of fish in each group were ther- mally stimulated at 30 ℃ for 2 h and then the blood samples were collected from caudal arteries (veins) together in the experimental groups at 22 ℃ for detection of contents of total bilirubin and triglyceride in serum and the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transferase and other enzymes. The results showed that promoted growth was not observed in the experimental fish with oral administration ofA n- gelica sinensis and Houttuynia cordata, and that disorder of liver and kidney function was found in the experimental fish under thermal stimulation. However, significantly good growth performance and lower contents of urea and creatinine in blood were observed in the fish with oral administration of PIV, indicating that the PIV led to protection of liver and kidney functions and could be used as the candidates of anti-thermal stress Chinese herbal additives.
