摘要 新形势下,针对高校教师的理想信念教育面临着"如何教"比"教什么"更为严峻的挑战。一定意义上,高校意识形态工作既是"说理",也是"叙事",即"未尝离事而言理",理在事中,即事求理,援事立理。高校教师理想信念教育的"叙事转型"包括内容上围绕叙事的主题、主旨和主线的转型,也包括方法层面上故事从哪里来、故事谁来讲和用什么话语讲三方面。用叙事转向的角度探讨新形势下高校的意识形态工作将有利于拓宽思路,更好地掌握意识形态话语的主动权,增强理想信念教育的针对性和实效性。 Under the new circumstance,the ideal and belief education for college teachers is faced with a severe challenge of "how to teach"rather than "what to teach". In a certain sense,the ideological work of universities and colleges is not only "reasoning"but "narrative",that is,reasoning has never been separated from narration. Reasoning is included in narration,seeking truth and setting it up from the narrated. The narrative transformation of college teachers' ideal and belief education consists of two aspects: one is the transformation of the content related to the theme,the aim and the plot,and the other is the narrative methods,like the source,the narrator and the words of the story. To explore the ideological work of colleges and universities under the new situation from the perspective of the narrative transformation will be conducive to broaden the thinking,better grasp the initiative of ideological work and enhance pertinence and effectiveness of ideal and belief education.
