自动售冷饮机箱室结构优化设计与实验验证

摘要 为了使自动售冷饮机箱室内温度分布均匀以达到节能降耗的目的,本文建立了自动售冷饮机箱室内温度分布模型,并应用该模型分析和优化了现有典型的自动售饮料机结构。研究结果表明,优化后的自动售冷饮机箱室内温度分布更加均匀,温度范围由(1.38~7.77)℃缩小至(0.05~3.98)℃;自动售冷饮机的仿真预测值与实验值吻合得较好,并能够反映温度分布的变化趋势。 In order to make temperature distribution more uniform to save energy, a simulation model of the temperature distribution inside the cabinet of the cold beverage vending machine was established, and it had been used to analyze and optimize the temperature distribution of the cold beverage vending machine. Research results show that the cold beverage vending machine optimized by the model has more uniform temperature field, in which the temperature range narrows from (1.38-7.77)℃ to (0.05-3.98)℃. The simulation result agrees with experimental data, and it can reflect the variation trend of the temperature distribution.
