Evaluation of Water Security of Huaian City Based on the AHP Method

运用层次分析法对淮安市2010~2013年的水安全状况做出评价.结合淮安市具体情况和水资源状况,筛选符合要求的指标并建立评价体系,对各个指标的影响作出比较与分析,并合理预测其短期内的变化趋势,进而为决策者提供参考.评价结果表明,2010~2013年淮安市水安全等级属于基本安全,但仍然需要改善和提高.并从开源节流、调整产业结构、控制经济增长、改革水资源管理体制等方面提出相应的改善措施.

This paper uses AHP to evaluate the water security of Huaian city from 2010 to 2013,when combined with the specific circumstances and Huaian water situation on the basis of indicators screening in line with the requirements and the establishment of the evaluation system,the impact on various indicators to compare and analyze,and it is reasonable to predict trends in the short term,and thus provide a reference for decision-makers. The results showed that from 2010 to 2013 in Huaian City water security level below basic security,but there is still a lot to improve and improve. On this basis,in saving,adjusting the industrial structure,control economic growth,water resources management system and other aspects of the reform proposed improvement measures.
