根据唐山地区化工产业发展规划,企业需要既懂理论又有技能的高素质化工人才。为了满足企业用人需求,推动化工产业发展,唐山工业职业技术学院与当地企业合作,围绕人才培养模式改革、课程体系构建和评价模式等方面探索了应用化工技术专业"产学对接、学做一体"人才培养模式,该模式的实施使学习内容更能贴近企业生产实际,激发了学生的学习兴趣,学生学习的自主性得到了增强。

According to the development plan of chemical industry in Tangshan area, enterprises need to understand both the theory and the skills of high-quality chemical industry. In order to meet the business needs of the people and promote the development of chemical industry, Tangshan Industrial Vocational Technical College in cooperation with local enterprises to undertake talent training mode reform, curriculum system construction and evaluation mode etc. to explore the application of Chemical Technology Specialty ＂Joint of Production and Education, Integration of Learning and Doing＂ personnel training mode. The implementation of the model makes learning more close to the actual production of enterprises, stimulating the students＇ learning interest, and students learning autonomy has been enhanced.
