摘要
京津冀人才一体化取得了一定的成效,但从目前来看河北省在人才吸引力和竞争力等方面依然处于劣势,在人才合作中的被动地位未能显著改观。本文分析了京津冀人才一体化过程中存在的现实障碍及其深层次原因,进而提出了京津冀实现人才一体化的方向和具体对策。
Integration of human resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area has already reached certain achievements, but from the current situation, there are still shortcomings in talent attractiveness and competitiveness. The passive position of talent cooperation has not made obvious progress. In the essay, the current obstacles and deep-seated reasons existed in the process of the integration of human resources will be analyzed. And finally the direction and specific countermeasures will be proposed concerning the realization of the integration of human resources.
