摘要
针对一般直线回归方程拟合新型测流仪器修正系数存在的双参数、低值误差大、不同条件可比性差等缺点,文章对比分析一元一次直线和过原点直线两种线型的拟合差和可靠性。对46份同步监测数据进行对比分析,结果显示两种线型拟合残差和大值误差均满足误差小于8%的要求,过原点直线拟合的斜率为0.988,t检验合格,低值区误差更小。结果说明过原点直线拟合修正系数可靠、可行,能克服一般直线的缺点。
Flow measurement device by linear regression equation fitting with general line has shortages such as dual- parameter,big low value error and bad comparability for different conditions. To solve the problem,the residue and stability of fittings by linear equation with one unknown as well as by straight line through the origin point were compared. By comparison and analysis of 46 synchronous contrastive detection data,it was found that the fitting residues and high value error were both meet the requirement of 8%. The slope of fitting by line through the origin point was 0. 988 and passed the t- test. Its low value error was much smaller. It is concluded that the correction factor of the fitting by line through the origin point is reliable and feasible.
